These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between Kreo (ABN 70 641 096 077) ("Kreo", "we", "us", "our") and you, the person or business using this website ("you", "your").

They apply to your use of kreo.com.au and to enquiries you make with us. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Marketing, sales and technology results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, competitors, your team's follow-up and the decisions of your customers. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we don't guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, rankings, savings or return on investment. Any examples or descriptions of outcomes on this website are illustrations, not promises.

5. AI-powered services

Some of our services use artificial intelligence, such as voice agents, AI agents, transcription and analysis. AI can produce answers or summaries that are incomplete or wrong. We design our systems with checks and with a person in control of important decisions, and we work with you to set what AI may and may not do in your business.
